The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the train station and public transportation. there were several restaurants and shops in the vicinity. the room was small but clean and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom, while not luxurious, had all the necessary amenities like towels and toiletries.
The service was disappointing as the staff charged an additional fee for late check-in without informing beforehand.

Great central location, just a few minutes' walk to the nearest metro and train station that easily connect you to the main sights of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants and things to see nearby. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed for our city break.
The shower could have been better as the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. we had to go down to the reception across the street to ask for more toilet paper when it ran out.

I had a great stay in this hotel! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the station and close to transportation. The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were not new, but really clean and tidy.

The hotel location was great; it was close to the main train and metro stations. This made it easy for us to get around the city and see all the sights. we enjoyed the fact that the hotel was only a short walk from several key landmarks, such as the Colosseum and a beautiful church. Lastly, the staff were friendly, welcoming and made check in a breeze.
although the hotel was positioned in a great location and the staff were welcoming, the rooms themselves were quite dirty, and the amenities offered were minimal.
